Three masked men attack a cell phone store in Altona – police are looking for witnesses!
In Hamburg-Altona, a cell phone store was the scene of a brutal attack on Tuesday afternoon, November 11, 2025. According to the Mopo Three masked men entered the store on Neue Große Bergstrasse at exactly 12:22 p.m. and threatened an employee with a firearm. They pushed him into an adjoining room and demanded that he hand over valuable cell phones.
The perpetrators, one of whom was equipped with a pistol, stowed the stolen cell phones in a white cloth bag and finally fled in the direction of Louise-Schroeder-Straße. Despite a large-scale manhunt that was launched immediately and involved around 20 patrol cars and a police helicopter, the perpetrators have so far remained unknown. The police have commissioned the robbery department (LKA 124) to investigate press portal reports.
Search for the perpetrators
The police are asking the public for support and hoping for relevant information about the incident. The description of the fleeing perpetrators is particularly important:
- Täter 1: ca. 25 Jahre alt, 1,80 Meter groß, südländische Erscheinung, schwarzer Vollbart, schwarze Pufferjacke, helle Stoffhandschuhe.
- Täter 2: männlich, dunkel gekleidet, schwarze Pufferjacke, helle Stoffhandschuhe.
- Täter 3: männlich, dunkel gekleidet, helle Stoffhandschuhe.
The Hamburg police are calling on all witnesses to call the number(040) 4286-56789or report it to a police station.
