The turn of the year is just around the corner, and for many that also means that unloved Christmas presents should finally find a new owner. The ideal place for this is the large gift exchange Hamburg Dungeon, which will take place on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This event was already very popular last year and invited people to exchange Christmas presents that they did not need themselves. Entry to this fun event is free and a regular dungeon ticket is not required.
Participants have the opportunity to give unused and clean gifts and receive other unloved gifts in return. If someone goes home with nothing suitable, they have the chance to grab one of 15 free tickets to the Hamburg Dungeon, valid from December 31, 2025. These tickets are worth 28 euros each and provide access to one of the city's most popular leisure activities.
Rules and Fundraiser
If you want to take part, you should follow a few simple rules: Food is excluded from the exchange and only unworn and clean items may be brought in. In order to keep things organized, a maximum of one gift is allowed per person. The first person to drop off a gift will also be rewarded with a surprise package - a small gesture to underline the fun of this special event.
What happens to the gifts that don't find a new owner? These are then sent to the clubHarbor Helps! e.V.donated to take care of people in need. This not only makes the campaign an entertaining and relaxed alternative to the classic gift exchange, but also helps give well-preserved things a new chance. As the piste reports, this is part of the Hamburg Dungeon's 25th anniversary celebrations, and the event is expected to feature a variety of gifts.

With eleven different shows, an indoor free fall tower and a water ride, the Hamburg Dungeon offers a wide range of entertainment for the whole family.
