Blankenese, Deutschland - In Blankenese, the Matjespart was recently celebrated, a culinary highlight that caused a sensation in the heart of the district. On Wednesday, June 25th, numerous guests gathered in the Klönschnack passage at the Elbchaussee to enjoy the delicious herring in its various variants. The joy of matjes also runs beyond Hamburg. The 57th Glückstadt Matjeswoche took place in Glückstadt from June 13th to 16th, which celebrated the opening of the matjess season. The marketplace and downtown turned into a festival mile with live music, culinary delights and a colorful program for the whole family.
