Science of reflections: New photo exhibition in Wandsbek!
Something is happening in Wandsbek! From July 2, 2025, the Gesellschaft der Lichtbildfreunde Hamburg-Wandsbek e.V. will be celebrating its latest photography exhibition entitled “Reflections”. The opening will take place at 4:30 p.m. in the Wandsbek district office, where visitors can experience the creative exploration of the topic of light and reflection. The head of the Citizen Services Department, Christian Kower, will introduce the event and the organizers cordially invite media representatives and interested citizens. The exhibition runs until July 31, 2025 and can be visited on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Access is barrier-free so that everyone can enjoy the fascination of photography.
The photographs focus on fascinating reflections as a central design element. The importance of light is particularly emphasized. The images offer a second level of perception where the boundary between reality and reflection becomes blurred. They represent a world that is both real and imagined, and show the complexity of reflections. This exhibition is a continuation of the digital exhibition from 2020, which only took place online due to the pandemic.
