A lot has happened in Hamburg! Philip Rebelsky takes stock after a year at the popular Brodersen restaurant. His experiences have been both exciting and challenging. “It was an exciting year,” he says, and thanks to the support of his girlfriend Stephi he was able to overcome many ups and downs. There were numerous beautiful moments with his team and the loyal guests who remained loyal to the traditional business even in times of change. In particular, the old regulars, who meet regularly for the Thursday regulars' table, were won back; Among them are eight older gentlemen who always ensure a good atmosphere. A highlight of the menu is and remains the Wiener Schnitzel, which guests praise as the best in the city. But Philip has even more in store: his personal preference is fish soup, which he is continually developing. His kitchen mixes well-known recipes with new ingredients and modern techniques. “I have over 50 cookbooks,” he reveals, which means nothing other than that we cook with love and passion.
