His experiences have been both exciting and challenging. “It was an exciting year,” he says, and thanks to the support of his girlfriend Stephi he was able to overcome many ups and downs. There were numerous beautiful moments with his team and the loyal guests who remained loyal to the traditional business even in times of change.
