The overall planning and coordination of lighting projects in Hamburg is carried out by the Lighting Advisory Board. This consists of experts and representatives of the city administration and makes recommendations to ensure urban planning and technical quality in lighting issues. Among other things, detailed criteria for urban lighting quality are being developed there, which will also be used in the redesign of the lighting on Alsterweg.
