FC St. Pauli: Ticket reform brings more day tickets for fans!
In a significant step, FC St. Pauli has reformed the procedure for selling tickets to home games at Millerntor. Starting next season, there will be fewer season packages that are valid for all 17 home games. These new regulations were developed in coordination with the fan shop and the Standing Fan Committee to enable more members without a season ticket or season package to have access to the stadium. In the future, more than 5,000 day tickets will be available for free sale, while in the 2024/25 Bundesliga season an average of less than 3,000 day tickets were offered via the online ticket shop, as Mopo reported.
Furthermore, there will be a total of up to 3,700 season packages for the 2023/24 season, also in digital form. Interested members can purchase the Standing Season Package starting July 4th, followed by the Seated Season Package, scheduled to go on sale July 6th. The rule is that only members without a season ticket or fan curve ticket south can buy a season package. Only one package is available per person and special children's seasonal packages are also available. The demand for the standing room packages, consisting of 2,100 standing places in the back straight and 500 in North Block F, is estimated to be high. FC St. Pauli mentions that the contingent could sell out quickly.
Ticket prices and ordering options
The prices for the season packages are based on the daily ticket price multiplied by 17 home games. Members also have the option to purchase a digital season package at no additional cost. For those who prefer a printed version, a booklet with 17 day tickets can be ordered, with a shipping fee of 5 euros.
Tickets can be ordered easily online via the ticket online shop or by telephone using the ticket hotline. Members also have the opportunity to check their right of first refusal in the ticket online shop. The season packs are expected to be printed and shipped in calendar week 28 so that fans are ready for the new season in time.
The ticket market at a glance
Overall, FC St. Pauli is doing well with its reform of ticket sales and shows that it has a good knack for serving the needs of its members while making access to the games easier. It will be interesting to see how the offering will develop in the coming season.
