Jogging with Nicki Lange: Free event and short film at the 25hours Hotel!

Something is happening in Hamburg for the runners and travelers. The 25hours Hotels focus on the well-being of their guests and now offer a “Jogging Corner”. Here, both business travelers and vacationers can lace up their running shoes and explore the surrounding area in a sporty way. Tageskarte.io reports that this Jogging Corner offers tips for running routes and a playlist to set the right mood. Practical amenities such as towels, fruit and water for refreshment should not be missing.

A special highlight in this initiative is the collaboration with the ultramarathon runner Nicki Lange. His project "What if? Why not!" is presented in the form of a short film that provides insights into his extraordinary 500 kilometer race through the Atacama Desert. The premiere of the film “Possibility” is part of a series of events taking place in several cities, including Hamburg.

Event details and tour dates

On May 5th and 6th, those interested will have the opportunity to become part of this unique experience at the 25hours Hotel HafenCity. The event schedule on the first evening includes a welcome at 7:00 p.m. and the film screening at 7:15 p.m. This is a 25-minute short film based on 10 years of preparation. It is a unique opportunity to hear Nicki Lange in person, as there will be a panel discussion afterwards. Participation is free, but registration is required. 25hours Hotels invites you to enthusiastically network with like-minded people and exchange experiences.

The tour, which is part of this series of events, covers a total of eleven destinations in six countries. The first stops are Zurich, followed by other cities such as Munich, Berlin, Vienna and Cologne. Finally the tour ends in Florence. If you run regularly, you shouldn't miss the local running clubs of the 25hours Hotels, which regularly organize running events in the respective cities.

Running challenge in the Rothaarsteig

For those who are looking for nature experiences in addition to Hamburg's urbanity, the region offers a variety of running routes. An example is the Rothaarsteig, the introductory phase of which is around 3.5 kilometers and leads steadily uphill. The route not only offers sporting challenges, but also beautiful views over the Lenner fields to the hunting lodge, where hikers are rewarded with many natural beauties. Anyone who loves the combination of sport and nature will find the perfect jogging route here and can enjoy the landscape with every step. Further information about possible routes is available here Runnersworld to read.

Come along, put on your running shoes and let yourself be inspired by the new offers. Whether in the 25hours Hotel or on the picturesque paths of the Rothaarsteig - the options are diverse and invite you to move around and gain new experiences.
