Neudietendorf, Deutschland - In Neudietendorf, the church remote lessons (KFU) recently presented the certificates to 44 graduates who have dealt intensively with the Protestant theology in the past 34 months. Since 1960 the KFU ** has been training in the communities ** so that they can take more responsibility. Rector Pastor Michael Markert emphasized that there is an * urgent need for the Protestant churches * of volunteer preachers. "The training provides comprehensive basic knowledge and theological competence," he explains. For a long time, the graduate Lea Morgenstern dreamed of going to the proclamation service and used her parental leave to realize the goal. A remarkable participant is 22-year-old Hannes Remmler, who found the music for the service and is now striving for further tasks in his home community. Richard Keuch, a doctor, wanted to deal with his belief more intensively and found the appropriate platform in the KFU.

In addition to the theoretical content, the training also includes practical elements, such as writing homework and sermons, to apply the knowledge they have learned. The next courses of the KFU begin in September 2026. This training is aimed at committed church members, lecturers and everyone who wants to deal with the Christian faith more intensively. Direct contact with mentors accompanies the participants on their way and ensures that they are well looked after during the entire training.
