On September 7, 2025, the culinary event "Hamburg's stars" will take place in Foodlab in the Hafencity. Initiated by star chef Maurizio Oster, the event aims to make the star kitchen less formally and more accessible. The broad culinary diversity of the city is to be recognized in a relaxed atmosphere.

From 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., guests can enjoy the delicacies of a total of 10 Michelin star chefs. On this special day, 11 restaurants will be represented, which together have impressive 19 Michelin stars and 7 green stars for sustainability.
