New Me and All Hotel in Berlin: An urban heart on the Spree!
Something is happening in Berlin: it will open in September 2025 Me and All Hotel in the Friedrichshain district, directly on the Spree and near the Ostbahnhof. With 227 modern rooms, this hotel will be a new highlight for travelers and locals alike.
The concept of Me and All Hotels is about local roots and creative design. The brand, which has been part of the Hyatt portfolio since 2024, not only wants to offer a place to stay overnight, but also be an urban meeting place for people from all over the world. This is where the most important people in the city meet: city travelers, business guests and creative minds.
A retreat for the neighborhood
The hotel will be created through the revitalization of an existing building and will become the heart of the district. Particular emphasis was placed on flexible usage concepts. The lounge bar in the hotel is described as a central element, the place for exchange, music and cultural events. The aim here is to promote a sense of community – a real home for yourself and those around you.
Speaking of amenities: Guests can look forward to box spring beds, Chromecast TV, high-speed WiFi, minibar and safe. There are also 60 underground parking spaces available, which makes traveling by car particularly convenient. The entire concept refers to clear zoning and an inviting atmosphere that invites you to linger.
SV Hotel: A strong team
The SV Hotel is the operator of the new house and belongs to the SV Group based in Dübendorf, Switzerland. The company is not only active in Germany and Switzerland, but also manages Marriott brand hotels with a large team of around 4,500 employees. With the Me and All Hotel in Berlin, SV Hotel is further expanding its portfolio and showing once again that it has a good knack for successful hotel concepts.
The opening of this hotel is another step in the right direction for Berlin. The combination of an urban lifestyle and a well-thought-out hotel concept could create an inviting destination for many Hamburg residents and other guests, increasing the incentive to explore the Spree side and Berlin's cultural offerings.
And that's not all: another project, that Hyatt Centric Old Town Hamburg, is already being planned for the end of 2026. So it remains exciting to see how the development of the hotel industry in our region continues to progress!
