Coastal ladies from Scharbeutz conquer the NDR talk show!

Lokstedt, Deutschland - On June 27, 2025, the members of the “Coastal Ladies” association made themselves an exciting adventure from Scharbeutz: the big appearance in the NDR Talk Show. With a convoy of three cars and a total of eight women, they started at 2:12 p.m. by their clubhouse "Brede" on Luschendorfer Straße Gen Hamburg, where the talk show was recorded with Barbara Schöneberger and Hubertus Meyer-Burckhardt. The association now has 180 active members and has committed itself to the motto: to be strong together, help others and have a lot of fun. This is also reflected in their successful application for the program, where they were selected from hundreds of other clubs, as reported [kuestenladies.de] (https://kuestenladies.de/ndr-talk show).

After a trip of about two hours, which they ended at 4:20 p.m. in the NDR studio, the "coastal ladies" got an exclusive look behind the scenes of production. The NDR editor Nicole Kraut looked after the group, and during the warm-up at 6:30 p.m. the participants got a first feeling for the studio's atmosphere. Their recording took place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., with the coastal ladies from minute 52 on the show.

a very special appearance

For the "coastal ladies", this appearance was a highlight of their club history. The eight participants - including Margitta Hinrichs, the deputy chair, and Elisabeth J - showed themselves in the particularly designed club dress, which was kept in the club colors. During the conversation with Hubertus Meyer-Burckhardt, they answered questions about their community and activities. Your esteemed appearance of just three minutes shows how quickly such television appearances are overlooked, but the broadcast certainly left a lasting impression.

In addition to their appearance on television, the “coastal ladies” were also able to present their other activities. They are always in use to help others, and also produce T-shirts in their club colors, which are available for 7 euros, with names for 12.50 euros. Interested parties can contact Christian Burmester in Scharbeutz directly to give up their orders. The possibility of printing T-shirts is also a nice way to promote the cohesion within the club and to increase the visibility of the group in the region.

insight into the importance of women's organizations

The "coastal ladies" are part of a greater movement that is strong for gender equality in Germany. The women's law movement has developed over the years, as have numerous organizations that work for women's rights. According to [Frauenbuch.de] (https://www.frauenbuch.de/sgesellschaft/feminist- Organizations-Deutschland), there are qualified actors such as the German women's council and pinkstinks Germany, who are actively involved in equal opportunities and against sexism.

The fact that the commitment of the "coastal ladies" and many other organizations is of great importance is becoming clear again and again. They not only promote the visibility of women in society, but also actively contribute to strengthening the community and social cohesion. This commitment was particularly appreciated as part of the NDR campaign "in the north" and is focused on the important work of clubs such as the "coastal ladies".
